How to Download Your Photos

Your gallery is ready, and now it's time to save all those special memories! Follow the instructions below for your device to download your photos from your Pixieset gallery.

iPhone

Downloading your entire gallery

1. Open the gallery link I sent you in Safari or your preferred browser.

2. Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner of the gallery.

3. Select Download.

4. Enter your email address if prompted.

5. Choose the photos, download size, and destination available to you.

6. Tap Start Download and wait for your photos to finish downloading.

Your full gallery will usually download as a ZIP file.

Finding your photos: Open the Files app on your iPhone and look in Downloads. Tap the ZIP file to extract your photos. If you'd like to save an individual photo to your Camera Roll, open the photo in your gallery, tap its download icon, and follow the on-screen instructions. You may need to press and hold the image and select Save to Photos.

Android

Downloading your entire gallery

1. Open the gallery link I sent you in your browser.

2. Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner of the gallery.

3. Select Download.

4. Enter your email address if prompted.

5. Choose the photos, download size, and destination available to you.

6. Tap Start Download and let Pixieset prepare your files.

Your full gallery will usually download as a ZIP file.

Finding your photos: Open the Files or My Files app on your phone and look in Downloads. Tap the ZIP file to extract your photos. Once extracted, you can view your images and move or save them to your preferred photo folder.

Downloading individual photos: Open the photo in your gallery, tap the download icon, and follow the prompts. The image will typically download directly to your phone.

Computer or Laptop

Downloading your entire gallery

1. Open the gallery link I sent you in your browser.

2. Click the Download icon in the top-right corner of the gallery.

3. Enter your email address if prompted.

4. Choose the photos or sets you'd like to download, along with your preferred download size.

5. Click Start Download.

Pixieset will prepare your gallery for download. Depending on the size of your gallery, this may take a few minutes. Your photos will download in a ZIP file.

Finding your photos: Open your computer's Downloads folder and locate the ZIP file. Double-click it to extract the photos so you can view, organize, and back them up.

My recommendation: Downloading your entire gallery on a computer is usually the easiest option, especially for larger galleries!

Want to Download Just One Photo?

You don't have to download your entire gallery to save a favorite!

1. Open your gallery.

2. Find the photo you'd like to save.

3. Click or tap the download icon on that image.

4. Enter your email address if prompted.

5. Choose your download size, if applicable, and complete the download.​

A Few Helpful Reminders

• Choose high resolution when available, especially if you plan to print your photos.

• Back up your images by saving a copy to your computer, an external hard drive, or cloud storage.

• Give your download time to finish. Larger galleries may take a little longer to prepare.

• Keep your gallery link handy so you can revisit and share your photos.
